RETURN POLICY

1. Refunds & Returns:  NO REFUNDS.  EXCHANGE ONLY. We offer a 30 days  return/exchange policy form the invoice date, on all charms returned in new condition. Store  CREDIT  will be given on all returns.

2. Returns for any reason other than defective, are subject to a 15% restocking fee PLUS   SHIPPING CHARGES.

3. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization issued by BLINQ CHARMS. Unauthorized returns and shipments will not be accepted.
